To register your car, take the following to the appropriate office:
an emissions inspection slip
previous registration card and license plates

When first registering a car, bring it and title/bill of sale to any of the 13 inspection stations in the Phoenix Metro area.
If your car is already registered, your registration renewal form will tell you if it needs to be inspected this year.
Hours for all inspection stations are 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday.
