Специальный репорт: очередная провокация Русского Центра Аризоны или анатомия обмана.

Русский Центр Аризоны вновь посягает на свободу слова и право человека просвещать и информировать людей.

В один из вечеров я просматривал Интернет и был сильно удивлен, когда на одной из страниц "Google" я увидел название своего блога - Arizona Russian Information Center,  продающий, покупающий и консультирующий во вопросам купли и продажи разного товара. Мне это очень показалась странным и возмутительным, т.к. к моему блогу это никакого отношения просто не имеет и иметь не может!  Более того, какие изощренные и мерские методы используются для дискредитации человека и очернения его блога.

Я уже раньше писал, что руководители, созданного с помощью мошенничества, Русского Центра Аризоны узнав о создании моего блога и, конечно, о намериниях автора писать правду о них и их "настоящей" деятельности вдруг "внезапно и резко" зарегистрировали центр с таким же названием и, что самое главное, через несколько месяцев после выхода в свет моей первой статьи.

К сожалению, подтасовать дату регистрации они не смогли (не все коррумпированы в Америке), зато , рассчитывая на полных и груглых дураков, поставили дату начала деятельности - 2009 год, т.е. значительно раньше, чем я обзавелся своим личным блогом. Рассчет простой: любой ценой дискредитировать меня и статья образовательного и информативного характера я пишу, и также внести неразбериху и сумятицу, а потом, как уже они не раз  пытались - судить меня за то что, я пишу.

Я уверен, что те кто интересуется данной, очень важной и больной, темой достачно образованные, с большим жизненным опытом, люди и все правильно поймут и все поставят на свои места.

Кто-то, конечно, возразит, а как известно, что за всем этим грязным, низким и подлым делом стоят рулевые РЦА?

Вопрос резонный и очень своевременный.  Посмотрите ряд документов ниже из открытых общественных источников с соответствующими линками и вы убедитесь в правоте дела.

Я пишу это не для того, чтобы свести счеты или наказать, а для того, тобы рассказать правду и рассеять все возможные сомнения. А господам из уже закрытого фвторитетным органом штата РЦА хочу посоветовать: начните официально работать, платить налоги, как большинство из нас, и перестаньте заниматься гнусными провокациями. За это может придется отвечать...по закону.

Arizona's summer is approaching: Be on the lookout and protect yourself from the Arizona Sun.

• In March and April, rattlesnakes become more active and move to areas where they can soak up the sun.

• During summer months, they are more active at night. After the monsoon begins, rattlesnakes are at their most active.

• The shaking of the rattle can serve as a warning, but not always. Rattlesnakes can strike without warning.

• Babies are typically born at the end of July and are capable of biting from birth.

SYMPTOMS

• Immediate pain or a burning sensation occurs at the site of the bite; fang marks are usually visible.

• Victims may experience a metallic or rubbery taste.

• Significant swelling usually occurs within minutes, and symptoms may progress to weakness, sweating and/or chills, nausea and vomiting.

• Venom can cause severe tissue damage, blood thinning and other effects.

TREATMENT

• Seek emergency medical attention immediately.

• If you are far from your car or other help, move slowly to get help.

If bitten

• Stay as calm as possible. If bitten on the hand, remove all jewelry before swelling begins.

• Don't apply ice to the bite site or immerse the bite in a bucket of ice.

• Do not restrict blood flow in any manner.

• Leave the bite site alone.

• Don't try to capture the snake.

• Physicians treat the symptoms as they occur and modify the antivenin/treatment as needed. Treatment is not snake specific.

Arizona Bark Scorpion: Prevent Stings

Most scorpion stings in Arizona occur on the hands or feet. The hands get stung easily because they reach for things in places where an Arizona Bark Scorpion may be hiding. The feet often get stung, because either someone puts on a shoe where a scorpion is hiding or they step on a scorpion with unprotected feet.

Here are some tips that we followed:

* Never walk around barefoot at night. At about dusk, the scorpions start to come out and look for food.
* Always check your shoes before putting them on in the morning. We kept our shoes on a shoe rack. It seems like scorpions would have to make more of an effort to get inside of them.
* Carry a blacklight around with you at night if it’s dark in the house and you have to get up. You’ll be able to see scorpions, because they glow green under a blacklight.
* If you are worried about scorpions getting into your baby’s or child’s bed, put each leg of the bed inside a smooth, glass mason jar. Scorpions cannot climb up glass.
* Be very careful with clothes you have lying on the floor. I have heard countless stories of people getting stung because a scorpion was in their clothing. It is the perfect place for them to hide. Make sure you shake the clothes out well before you put them on.
* Be cautious when putting your hands into a dark space, like a kitchen cabinet. Try to look before you reach.
* Scorpions love wet, damp places. Be careful in the bathroom or the kitchen areas. One time, there was a scorpion curled up on the inside of the shower curtain while I took a shower.

These tips should help you to improve your odds of not getting stung by the Arizona Bark Scorpion.

Sun Protection Tips

* Practice sun protection all year. UV rays can cause skin damage no matter what the season, even on cloudy or hazy days.

* Wear sun protection clothing: loose-fitting long pants, a long-sleeved shirt and a wide-brimmed hat made of special sun protective fibers which have SPF ratings. For regular clothing, tightly woven fabrics work best.

* Always wear a broad-spectrum sunblock or sunscreen of at least SPF 15. The higher the SPF the better.

* Many doctors recommend using a sunblock instead of "sunscreen." A sunblock has the added protection of zinc oxide or titanium oxide and is gentler on the skin.

* Choose a sunblock or sunscreen that provides "broad spectrum protection" against both UVA and UVB radiation.

* Apply sunblocks and sunscreens at least 20 minutes before you go outside.

* How much sunblock or sunscreen should you put on? Doctors recommend one ounce of sunblock, which is about a shot glass-size amount. It takes aboutthat much sunblock to cover your body at the pool.

* If you will be using bug spray too, do not apply it at the same time as the sunblock, as the products lose their efficacy. Put on the sunblock first, then apply the bug spray 20 minutes later. Use the products separately. Two-in-one sunscreen/bug spray products are not as effective.

* Check the sunblock’s expiration date. If expired or more than 3 years old, discard and purchase a new sunscreen.

* Always wear a broad-spectrum lipscreen of at least SPF 15.

* Remember to reapply your sunblock and lipscreen, especially if you’re swimming or sweating, and during peak sun hours.

* Do not use sunscreens on babies younger than 6 months. Cover them up with a hat and clothing and keep them shaded from the sun.

* Protect your eyes from the sun: wear wraparound sunglasses that provide 100% UV protection (for both UVA and UVB rays).

* Avoid outdoor activity between the peak sun hours of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. whenever possible. This timeframe is when the sun’s rays are the strongest.

* If you must be outside during peak sun hours, seek shade whenever possible.

* UV rays can reflect off of any surface and can reach you in the shade. Always wear protective clothing, sunblock and lipscreen even if you’re in the shade.

How Do I Know If I Am A Victim?

Here are some warning signs that you may be the victim of identity theft:

You are denied credit;

You find charges on your credit card that you don’t remember making;

Personal information,credit cards, ATM cards,checks or IDs have been stolen from you;

You suspect someone has fraudulently changed your mailing address;

Your credit card bills stop coming;

You find something wrong on your credit report, such as loans you didn’t take
out or accounts you don’t remember opening;

A debt collector calls about a debt you didn’t incur and didn’t know
about.

If any of these have happened, you may be the victim of identity theft. You could be the victim of identity theft without noticing any of these things. It is good to keep a careful eye out for anything out of the ordinary by ordering your credit report at least once a year and being alert to these warning signs.

NORAD: запущенная вблизи Калифорнии ракета не являлась угрозой для США.

Неопознанная ракета, запущенная во вторник у берегов американского штата Калифорния, не представляла угрозы для страны.
Об этом заявили представители Командования воздушно-космической обороны Северной Америки (NORAD). В распространенном заявлении отмечается также, что ни ВВС, ни ВМС США отношения к запуску ракеты не имели. Однако, по мнению NORAD, вооруженные силы какого-либо иностранного государства также не могли осуществить запуск.
Тем не менее, представитель ведомства заверил, что все детали данного инцидента будут выяснены в самое ближайшее время.
Информация об инциденте была распространена ранее во вторник телеканалом KCBS, репортеру которого удалось заснять вероятный запуск неопознанной ракеты над Тихим океаном в нескольких десятках километров от Лос-Анджелеса.

Пентагон не может объяснить «пуск ракеты» у Калифорнии и, как заявили его представители, не могут объяснить сообщения о ракетном пуске, который предположительно произошел неподалеку от побережья американского штата Калифорния.

В понедельник 8 ноября с вертолета телеканала CBS News на расстоянии около 56 километров от американского побережья был зафиксирован шлейф, напоминающий след от ракеты.

«В настоящее время все указывает о непричастности [министерства обороны] к этому пуску», — заявил представитель Пентагона Дэвид Лэпэн.

Опасности в том, что было зафиксировано в видеозаписи, в оборонном ведомстве США не видят.

«Пока мы не можем представить никаких объяснений, — сказал Лэпен. — Мы делаем все, что в наших силах, чтобы выяснить знает ли кто-нибудь, что это могло быть».

Для запуска ракет американским военным требуется пройти целый ряд согласований, однако о подобных шагах в связи с произошедшим у берегов Калифорнии информации нет.

На настоящий момент не ясно, был ли произведен предполагаемый пуск с суши или с моря.

Журналисты выступили с обращением к Медведеву в связи с избиением корреспондента газеты "Ъ" Олега Кашина

Российские журналисты обратились к президенту Дмитрию Медведеву в связи с нападением на корреспондента газеты «Коммерсант» Олега Кашина.

«Вечером 5 ноября в Москве был зверски избит наш коллега, журналист Олег Кашин, - говорится в тексте обращения. - Со дня убийства Владислава Листьева прошло 15 лет. Анна Политковская была убита четыре года назад. Редактор «Химкинской правды» Михаил Бекетов изувечен в ноябре позапрошлого года. Эти преступления не раскрыты до сих пор».

Авторы обращения утверждают, что «право журналиста нормально исполнять свои обязанности и не чувствовать страха за свою жизнь» является неотъемлемой гарантией свободы слова.

«Поэтому необходимо, чтобы расследование дела Кашина было доведено до конца. Виновники должны быть названы и наказаны. Необходимо довести до конца расследования по делам Политковской и Бекетова», - говорится в тексте обращения.

«Только в этом году в России были убиты восемь, совершены нападения на 40 представителей прессы, - сказано в документе. - Мы просим приложить усилия для того, чтобы заработала 144-я статья УК о наказании за воспрепятствование законной профессиональной деятельности журналистов».

Сбор подписей под обращением будет производиться 7 ноября у здания ГУВД Москвы на Петровке, дом №38 с 16.00 до 18.00.

В настоящее время обращение уже подписали журналисты Леонид Парфенов, Юлия Латынина, Андрей Лошак, Линор Горалик, главный редактор журнала Esquire Филипп Бахтин, главный редактор журнала «Сноб» Маша Гессен, главный редактор телеканала «Дождь» Михаил Зыгарь, главный редактор журнала Forbes Максим Кашулинский и многие другие.

Робонавты проходят испытания в Аризоне для отправки в космос.

Американское космическое агентство NASA заявляет, что готово отправить на Луну человекообразного робота в течение всего 1000 дней, которые потребуются на его изготовление и запуск ракеты. При этом стоимость проекта составит ничтожную долю тех расходов, на которые пришлось бы пойти для отправки на Луну человека

Робонавт или сокращенно Р2 — человекоподобный робот, разработанный на базе космического Центра NASA имени Джонсона в Хьюстоне (штат Техас) для изучения новых технологий.

Отправка Р2 на МКС четырех робонавтов — это в своем роде полетные испытания, в которых мы сможем применить различные технологии и увидеть возможности робота, который будет работать вместе с людьми», — говорит главный инженер робототехники «Дженерал Моторс» Марти Линн.

Знакомить робота с работой астронавта будут постепенно — сначала его верхнюю часть установят на площадку, с которой робот будет выполнять задачи внутри МКС. Позже его снабдят ногами, и он сможет самостоятельно перемещаться по коридорам станции. На третьем этапе роботу доверят выполнять задачи в открытом космосе. В перспективе — установка робота на колесную базу. Такая версия уже получила название Кентавр и проходит испытания в Аризоне.

Р2 сделан, в основном, из алюминия, хотя у него есть несколько стальных деталей. Он наделен всеми продвинутыми технологиями роботооехники, такими как зрительные или тактильные сенсоры. Или например, как мы их называем сенсоры силы, установленные на руках и позволяющие роботу использовать не только возможности ориентации в пространстве, но и выполнять различные действия», — рассказал Линн.

Очевидно, отправка робота вместо человека действительно резко удешевляет миссию: в отличие от человека, робот не нуждается в воздухе, пище и возвращении на Землю.

Всего в среду на борту шаттла Discovery к МКС должны отправятся четыре робонавта.

Только что закончились выборы в национальный конгресс и местные органы управления. Несмотря на то, выборы прошли спокойно и оказались предсказуемыми, специалисты называют их историческими с далеко идущими последствиями. Многие из наших соотечественников тоже приняли участие в голосовании. большинство жителей Аризоны проголосовали за представителей Республиканской партии. Насколько будут кардинальные изменения и как быстро улучшится экономика страны покажет время. А нам остается только надеется на лучшее.


В Аризоне избиратели утвердили поправки, предусматривающие отмену части нового федерального закона об охране здоровья, обязывающие всех граждан иметь медицинскую страховку, а также проголосовали против использования марихуаны в медицинских целях.

Golf and sun might attract people to Arizona, but the state is also becoming a hot spot for identity theft.

For the second year in a row, Arizona topped the Federal Trade Commission's list of states with the most identity-theft complaints, with 142.5 victims per 100,000 people in 2004. Nevada and California followed closely behind with 125.7 and 122.1 victims per 100,000 people, respectively.

Because the FTC's Consumer Sentinel database relies on consumers to report the crimes, the number of actual victims is perhaps less interesting than the year-to-year trends. And those show the same states -- Arizona, Nevada and California -- ranking highly while others like North Dakota and South Dakota sit securely at the bottom.

Dear Friends,

Far too many Arizonans have been victims of identity theft. Repairing damage to your credit and reputation often requires considerable time and resources.

Most victims of identity theft don’t even know they are victims until it is too late. Government and businesses are taking steps to better protect their databases. It is one thing to prevent someone from rummaging through your mail or your trash looking for credit card receipts and statements to steal. But, it is more difficult to protect yourself when electronic databases are involved.

The information below provides useful tips to help you reduce the risk of identity theft or to minimize the damage if the worst happens and someone has already stolen your identity.

What is identity theft?

Identity theft is when someone fraudulently uses your personal identifying information to obtain credit, take out a loan, open accounts, get identification
or numerous other things that involve pretending to be you. It is a very serious crime that can cause severe damage to your financial well-being if not taken care of promptly. People can spend months and thousands of dollars repairing the damage done to their credit history and name by an identity thief. Even scarier, some cases of identity theft are connected to more serious crimes that may lead law enforcement to suspect you of a crime you did not commit.


HOW DO THEY GET MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Identity thieves can obtain your personal information in a number of ways:

Finding personal information you share on the Internet;
“Dumpster diving” or going through your trash looking for personal information;

Stealing your mail;

Stealing your wallet or purse;

Stealing your debit or credit card numbers through “skimming,” using a data storage device to capture the information at an ATM or during an actual purchase;

“Phishing,” a scam in which
the identity thief sends an email falsely claiming to be from a legitimate organization, government agency or bank to lure the victim into surrendering
personal information such as a bank account number, credit card number or passwords. Often the email will send you to a phony or spoof Web site that looks just like the real business or government agency – only an expert can tell
the difference;

Obtaining your credit report through posing as your employer or landlord;

“Business record theft” involves the theft of files, hacking into electronic files or bribing an employee for access to files at a business;

Diverting your mail to another location by filling out a “change of address” form.

WHAT DO THEY WITH IT?

Drain your bank account with electronic transfers, counterfeit checks or your debit card;

Open a bank account in your name and write bad checks;

Open a credit card account that never gets paid off, affecting your credit report;

Use your name if they get arrested so it goes on your record;

Use your name for purchases involved in illegal activities, such as products for methamphetamine production or an Internet domain for a child pornography site;

Use your name to file for bankruptcy or avoid debts;

Obtain a driver’s license with your personal information;

Buy a car and use your information and credit history to get a loan;

Obtain services in your name, such as phone or Internet.

Глубоко потрясен и гневно возмущен фактом жестокого избиения молодого специалиста, учительницы первого класса на глазах ее учеников. Преступник должен быть наказан по всей строгости закона. Он не заслуживает никакого снисхождения.
Я как учитель из штата Аризона, искренне выражаю Ольге Харитоновой свое сочувствие, поддержку и солидарность. Не уверен, что мои строки дойдут до нее, но очень хотел бы просить: не бросайте свою профессию не смотря на случившееся. Вы нужны школе, Вы нужны детям, Вы нужны России.

Преподаватель младших классов школы № 339 Петербурга Ольга Харитонова уже несколько дней находится на больничном. Ее жестоко избил отчим одной из учениц, бывший милиционер. Причем прямо в классе, на глазах у перепуганных детей. Так Андрей Петров отомстил педагогу за то, что девочка вернулась домой из школы с прикушенным языком.

- Учительница гуляла со своим классом на улице, - рассказал «КП» директор школы № 339 Олег Кузьмичев. - Дети резвились, и девочка случайно прикусила себе язык. Ее отправили в травмпункт, где медсестра обработала ранку. Ничего страшного не произошло.

US and Russian forces team up for Afghan drug bust.

KABUL, Afghanistan --

Russian counternarcotics agents teamed up with U.S. and Afghan forces in an unprecedented joint raid that destroyed nearly $56 million worth of heroin near the Pakistani border, officials said Friday.

The seizure of approximately 932 kilograms of heroin came less than a week after Russia's anti-narcotics chief accused the U.S. of failing to dismantle Afghan drug labs and slow down the flow of heroin into Russia.

The amount seized in Thursday's raid in Nangarhar province is unlikely to have a significant impact on Afghanistan's drug trade. The country produces enough raw opium to manufacture 360 tons of heroin a year, according to the U.N. Office on Drugs and Crime.

But the level of cooperation between U.S. and Russian forces was significant and suggested an improvement in relations between the former Cold War foes, two decades after U.S.-financed Afghan militias chased the Soviet military out of this country.

The two nations nowadays occasionally cooperate on terrorism and drug issues, but Moscow has offered only lukewarm support for the U.S.-led war in Afghanistan. So far, Russia has limited itself to providing its territory for U.S. military transit, turning down requests to provide helicopters and training for pilots or to train counter-narcotics police.

Nevertheless, the export of Afghan drugs is an issue of paramount concern to Russia, which now has 2 million opium and heroin addicts. Moscow had been urging the U.S. military to take action against Afghan drug labs, which process unrefined opium into heroin or morphine.

Nine helicopters and 70 men were involved in the raid, said Russian anti-narcotics chief Viktor Ivanov, adding that his agency told the U.S. where the labs were located.

Ivanov said four Russians were involved in the raid, and that Russia may increase the number of its drug agents in Afghanistan in the future.

Photos shot at the scene and provided by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency show men in military uniform carrying metal canisters across a dusty gray moonscape. The drab landscape is broken only by the occasional tree. Stacks of brown sacks lie near basins with white residue and oil drums painted black.

An Afghan official said the labs were in a narrow valley high up in the mountains. He spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the press.

Four labs were shut down in the operation, which involved three branches of Afghan law enforcement as well as NATO, the U.S. and the Russians, said U.S. embassy spokeswoman Caitlin Hayden in Kabul. A DEA press release said the raid originally targeted one lab but then found three others hidden by vegetation.

In addition to the 932 kilograms of heroin, agents seized 156 kilograms of opium in the raid in the village of Zerasari, part of the district of Achin. It takes about 10 tons of opium to make one ton of heroin.

U.S. officials said the heroin had a street value of $55.9 million. Ivanov gave much higher figures: He was quoted by Russian media as saying the seized drugs were worth at least $250 million and probably even up to $1 billion.

Last weekend Ivanov used an interview with The Associated Press to criticize the U.S. for not taking action to stem a flow of Afghan heroin into Russia. He said that months ago he provided U.S. officials in Kabul with the coordinates of 175 laboratories where heroin is processed but that the U.S. failed to act.

In the interview, he said American officials had told him they were awaiting U.S. military approval to raid the labs.

On Friday, a senior Russian lawmaker hailed the drug bust. Mikhail Margelov, the Kremlin-connected head of the foreign affairs committee in the upper house of Russian parliament, said it showed that efforts to reset U.S.-Russian relations are finally being backed by real action.

Analysts said it will take fundamental reforms rather than just drug busts to shut down Afghanistan's multibillion dollar drug industry. U.S. officials have argued that destruction of poppy fields would drive Afghan farmers who had no other employment into the arms of the Taliban.

One fundamental problem are links between drug networks and officials in the Afghan government, rated the second most corrupt in the world.

"A broad range of authoritative international sources indicates these networks are at times aided by Afghan government officials who are little bothered by the Western-led counternarcotics efforts," analyst George Gavrilis argued earlier this year in a paper for the Council on Foreign Relations.

"Afghanistan's drug industry remains intact and very likely to undermine new anti-corruption efforts by international donors and agencies," wrote Gavrilis, an assistant professor of international relations at the University of Texas at Austin.

За прошедшие годы, магазин стал самым посещаемым, он превратился в культурно-информационный центр – место где люди могут встретиться, пообщаться, обсудить вопросы, взять газеты и ознакомиться с новыми объявлениями о происходящих в городе событиях и мероприятиях.
В этом магазине, кроме продуктов, также можно купить сувениры, книги, поздравительные открытки, кассеты и диски. Имеется, к услугам покупателей, и небольшой аптечный отдел с набором самых необходимых лекарств.
Говоря о планах на будущее, я узнал, что магазин планирует организацию русского базара, где люди смогут продавать, покупать товары и услуги.

Триумф российской школы спортивной гимнастики. Десятиклассница, Алия Мустафина, вернула достоинство и престиж российской гимнастике.
В воскресенье, 24 Октября 2010 г., в голландском Роттердаме завершился чемпионат мира. Сборная России заняла второе место в общекомандном зачёте, завоевав шесть медалей — две золотые и четыре серебряные. Победу одержала команда Китая, в активе которой 9 наград (4+3+2). Третье место заняли американцы с шестью медалями (1+2+3). Длее расположились команды Японии — 4 (1+2+1), Великобритании — 3 (1+1+1) и Румынии — 2 (1+1+0).
Алия Мустафина - дочь бронзовогоу призера Олимпиады-1976 по греко-римской борьбе Фархада Мустафина, стала героиней чемпионата мира. Благодаря ее классному выступлению, женская сборная России впервые с 1991 года победила в командных соревнованиях, а сама, Алия, с громадным преимуществом выигравшая золотую медаль в многоборье, стала двукратной чемпионкой мира. Я, из далекого по расстоянию, но близкого по духу штата Аризона, сердечно и искренне поздравляюет национальную Сборную России по спортивной гимнастике, всех ее участников и тренеров, боллеьщиков и специалистов с великолепным и триумфальным выступлением на Чемпионате Мира. Russian Women Win First World Team Title, 2010 World Gymnastics

16-year-old Aliya Mustafina led Russia’s team to the winning gold at the World Gymnastics Championships in Rotterdam, Netherlands, Wednesday Oct. 20, 2010 ahead of the United States and Olympic champion China.
With less than two years until the 2012 Summer Olympics, all-around champions Aliya Mustafina of Russia and Kohei Uchimura of Japan established themselves as the favorites for the London Games. Both, Mustafina, Uchimura set standard at the World Gymnastic Championship.
The 16-year-old Mustafina, in her first year of eligibility for major competitions, won two gold and three silvers in six events at the world championships, a stunning arrival on the international scene that highlighted Russia's return as a top power after several lean years.
It appeared as if Mustafina would become the first woman since Romania's Daniela Silivas at the 1988 Olympics to get six medals from six events, but the grind of competing caught up with her on the beam Sunday.
